I've read a few books now dealing with angels which was probably the biggest reason I got this one.
Of course, I used my prismacolor pencils and stickles.
It's for someone who just lost a friend to cancer, I'm pretty sure she likes angels too.

beautiful alta! sorry for your friends loss. what books have you read on angels? i had gotten one out of the library that had beautiful illustrations, a huge book, coffeetable style.

ReplyDeleteThe books I've been reading are pure fiction, paperback kind of books - no pics, although they would be cool!
The ones that come to mind are:
Nalini Singh - Angels' Blood, there's another in an anthology and Archangel's Kiss that I haven't read yet.
Gena Showalter has a Lords of the Underworld series and she's introducing angels in the most recent books. She has a story from the series in the anthology Heart of Darkness, and will feature another in an upcoming book.
SJ Day has three in a series called Marked, and it seems there will be more than three because the third book was not conclusive!
As far as steam, some of these may need skimming, but I can't honestly remember which, I've read too many :)
